Revision as of 14:53, 9 March 2011

Here's a provisional table of who is going on Expo 2011 and when. You think you're coming on expo? Add yourself, or email Martin if you know when you're coming! Red means you're there that week, orange means 'undecided', purple means 'flexible' (please indicate the number of weeks you'd like to come), grey means you're not. Weeks run Saturday to Saturday. We're not limited to 24 people. Just add a new line to the table if it is full.

Who With Whom

An attempt to organise who is traveling with whom, flying, cycling etc. Might be quicker than using emails.

Frank Tully
Travel out from Bristol ?
Becka
Need to be near Stuttgart 22-25 Aug and probably elsewhere the week before that. Hopefully won't need to bring our car again because it's pretty sickly now so not sure it would make it.
Wookey
Debconf in banja Luka 24-30July (+maybe week before). Travelling by van. Could come to expo after that (or maybe before).
Andrew
Canyoning in N.Italy before and after. Travelling by van, 5 seats.
Aiora
travelling from (and back to) biarritz/ bilbao (SW france), by train or plane most probably, unless I can pick up someone on the way to share car costs
Nial
Probably to and from Cambridge, but could be persuaded to go back to somewhere more interesting. In terms of caving, I would like to do camping trips to "Dead good bat chamber" in 204. I would also be interested in MFC in 204 for some higher level trips.
Djuke
I'm teaching a summer school in Denmark at some point in August -- prob all of it, so wouldn't be able to be flexible with my dates, but could drive :-) I may even be able to nick the Xsara Picasso, if not it'll be a 1993 Toyota Corolla :-)
Richard
Would be leaving and returning to west London and I have no vehicle - so Cambridge or Dover or Folkestone or Heathrow or anywhere in the south would be okay for me to meet up with valiant chauffeur(s). I can drive, but fellow travellers may perish.
Olaf
I'll probably fly to Germany, visit friends and family, and then cycle over to Austria. Alternatively, I'll do that on the way back, depending on whether there is an opportunity for a lift. I hope someone will take my caving gear along, though!
Emma
Could travel to-from cambridge, have car and could drive or pref share driving. Car starting to get a bit poorly and doesn't always start so well.
