Here's a provisional table of who is going on Expo 2011 and when. You think you're coming on expo? Add yourself, or email Martin if you know when you're coming! Red means you're there that week, orange means 'undecided', purple means 'flexible' (please indicate the number of weeks you'd like to come), grey means you're not. Weeks run Saturday to Saturday. We're not limited to 28 people. Just add a new line to the table if it is full.

27. Alex Crow Cambridge* y (4 seats but only realistic to use 3) y W1, 16th July W4, 14th August Im driving and have a car (but will want someone to share). Alternatively I can help drive someone elses. I dont mind where I pick people up from but have a preference for Cambridge. It is likely that industrial metal will be played loudly for large portions of the journey (you have been warned!). I can move the dates a few days if absolutely necessary but would rather not.

I can drive, but fellow travellers may perish.

12. Aiora Zabala SW France y* y W1 W3 by train or plane most probably from Biarritz/Bilbo, unless I can pick up someone on the way to share car costs. 'from/to' depends on the cheapest option as flights & train from b/b are bloody exp. Might cycle from Germany

Alternatively, I'll do that on the way back, depending on whether there is an opportunity for a lift. I hope someone will take my caving gear along, though!
